We’re seeking an experienced Front Desk Receptionist to lead our dental practice in Brattleboro, VT. In this role, you’ll provide outstanding customer service, perform administrative tasks, and assist in managing daily office operations. Your Role:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, welcoming every patient with professionalism and warmth
  • Operate the phone system, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries with efficiency
  • Manage patient records, ensuring accurate data entry and organization
  • Use office scripts effectively in person and over the phone
  • Process transactions, balance payments, and provide clerical financial support
  • Facilitate a seamless patient experience by collaborating with the dental team and maintaining office standards
  • Learn and implement new office technologies as they are introduced

Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • Accurate typing skills (minimum 40 WPM)
  • At least 1 year of dental office experience (2 years preferred)
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills
  • Experience managing patient accounts is a plus
