Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operators to join our team. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality control, equipment monitoring, and manual adjustments. Candidates will be exposed to various production areas requiring substantial physical activity and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Perform quality control procedures during machine operation and inspection when machines are stopped.
  • Monitor equipment for manual adjustments and ensure the quality of the final product.
  • Conduct frequent quality checks, including monitoring temperature, pressure, speed, heat, and humidity.
  • Make CNC adjustments.
  • Walk and climb stairs frequently, managing processes from the second level.
  • Work on elevated, metal graded surfaces without fear of heights.
  • Operate and troubleshoot various equipment.
  • Assist in boxing and labeling.
Essential Skills
  • 1-2 years of experience in food production or process manufacturing.
  • 1-2 years of experience in machine operation in a process environment.
  • Proficiency in basic math and mechanical reasoning.
  • Ability to read gauges and document readings.
  • Experience with CNC machines, manual machinery, pallet jacks, calibration, mixing, and batching.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Forklift operation experience.
  • Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and inventory management.
  • Comfortable working in hot, humid, and muggy environments.
