Position: Inpatient Pharmacist
Location:Lafayette, LA
Start Date: November 4
Type: Local
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Flexible 5x8-hour shifts (Days and Evenings between 8 AM - 8 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform order entry and verification for inpatient medications.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and ensure pliance with pharmacy protocols.
• Conduct pharmacokinetic consultations and adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapies and patient outes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of current inpatient pharmacy experience.
• Active Louisiana Pharmacist license.
• Proficiency with EMR systems, preferably EPIC.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent munication skills.
