Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for creating exceptional experiences? We’re seeking an Independent Community Lifestyle Director to oversee social events, lifestyle programming, and resident activities at a luxury independent living community.


What you’ll do as an Independent Community Lifestyle Director:

•Design and manage engaging social events and activities that foster wellness, connection, and fun.

•Collaborate with residents and teams to ensure programs align with community goals and budgets.

•Lead a creative, motivated team to deliver exceptional lifestyle experiences.

•Manage promotional efforts, including social media and resident communications.


What You’ll Bring:

•3+ years of experience in independent living lifestyle enrichment.

•Strong leadership skills with the ability to plan and execute major events.

•Creativity, problem-solving, and a positive, energetic personality.

•Proven ability to manage budgets and work collaboratively across departments.
