Our client is looking for a Lead Data Scientist to play a pivotal role in enhancing and automating their customer support processes. The successful candidate will apply their expertise in data science to create personalized customer experiences, resolve issues promptly, optimize user interactions with the brand, and analyze the company's performance in the consumer market.
Responsibilities:
- Automate response systems for different order discrepancies for an effective and personalized customer experience.
- Apply AB Testing, statistical modeling and data analysis techniques to optimize the customer experience.
- Leverage app-based event data capture for user experience enhancements.
- Construct comprehensive funnel analyses to optimize understanding and prediction of user behavior.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4-6 years of experience with SQL.
- Proven experience in data analysis, AB Testing, funnel analytics, and product analytics.
- Strong statistical understanding with a knack for interpreting results critically.
- Exceptional written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Docs and/or Excel.
- Capability to adapt flexibly and open-mindedly to new challenges and ideas.
