Job Details
The successful candidate will have experience providing beginning-to-end supervision of land development projects, which involve the horizontal development of property from the initial planning phase through the completion of residential home building. You will work with local municipalities and government agencies to ensure land is developed in compliance with zoning ordinances and regulations. You will also review design documents, site plans, improvement plans, and plats for project coordination and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
- Proven experience in project management within the residential construction industry
- Production new home construction experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, Teams, and Share Point
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
