Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Maternity Leave Assignment

Start Date: October 28th - March 2025
Duration: Full-time, with potential extension beyond maternity leave

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time maternity leave assignment. This school-based position supports a diverse student population in the Bloomingdale, NJ area. The assignment may be extended beyond the maternity leave period, offering flexibility. You will provide prehensive speech and language services to students, helping them overe munication challenges to enhance their educational experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, diagnose speech and language disorders, and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, targeting a range of speech, language, and munication skills.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student progress and success.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, ensuring alignment with educational goals.
  • Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions and progress reports.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • New Jersey SLP licensure.
  • Experience in a school setting preferred, but new graduates are wele to apply.
  • Strong munication and organizational skills.
