Maintenance Technician

Currently hiring a maintenance technician in the Lockport, IL, area. Hiring immediately.
Shift: 2nd shift (3pm-11pm)
Job Description:- Responsible for both preventative and reactive maintenance on all machinery(Engel and Aburg)
- Repairing and troubleshooting extrusion machinery, injection mold machinery, conveyor systems, labelers, automated stretch wrappers, turrets, and some CNC machinery.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics.
- Troubleshooting PLC's by plugging in a laptop. (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi)
- Must be willing to do both electrical and mechanical. (80% Electrical/20% Mechanical)
- Working with various drives and motors.
- Candidate must be familiar with ladder logic.
- Must have own tools.
- PLC troubleshooting.
- Experience with Extrusion machinery.
- Knowledge of ladder logic.
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00
