HR Specialist

We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our team in the Savings & Loan banking industry. This role is based in the Fords, New Jersey area. We offer a long-term contract employment opportunity. As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for various HR functions including auditing, benefit functions, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize 'ADP - Financial Services' and 'ADP Workforce Now' for efficient HR management.

• Handle 'ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode' and 'Ceridian' for seamless data transfer and HR process management.

• Manage CRM for customer relationship management and enhanced communication.

• Execute auditing tasks to ensure adherence to financial rules and regulations.

• Oversee benefit functions to ensure employees are adequately compensated.

• Ensure communication is effective within the organization.

• Guarantee compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

• Leverage auditing skills to review and improve HR systems and processes.

• Utilize excellent communication skills to ensure smooth operation within the HR department.

• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services

• Experience with ADP Workforce Now

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Knowledge of Ceridian software

• Familiarity with CRM systems

• Proven auditing skills

• Prior experience with Benefit Functions

• Excellent communication skills

• Experience in ensuring compliance in the banking industry.
