Key Responsibilities:
- Administer assessments to identify students learning, emotional, and behavioral needs.
- Collaborate with educators and parents to create individualized intervention plans that support students' academic and social-emotional growth.
- Provide individual and group counseling to students facing personal, social, or academic challenges.
- Partner with teachers, administrators, and special education teams to foster a positive and inclusive school environment.
- Respond to urgent situations involving students and provide support for emotional and psychological well-being.
- Maintain regular communication with families regarding student progress and strategies for continued support at home.
Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology required.
- Active School Psychologist license in Ohio (OH).
- At least 1 year of experience in a school setting preferred.
- Strong understanding of psychological testing, behavior management strategies, and counseling techniques
