Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Gardner, MA
Hours: Full-Time
Caseload: Middle and High School Students
Certification: CCC or Clinical Fellows (CFs)
Delivery Model: 3:1 Collaborative Service Delivery
Licensure: MA and DESE License Required

Job Details:

Role: Full-time position focused on providing speech therapy to middle and high school students.
Caseload: Manage small caseloads within a collaborative setting.
Delivery Model: Implement the 3:1 Collaborative Service Delivery model for effective therapy integration.
Support: Benefit from a supportive team environment to deliver high-quality therapy services.

Key Responsibilities:

Therapy Services:

  • Deliver individualized therapy sessions tailored to meet students' specific needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop customized therapy plans.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy into students educational experience.
  • Actively participate in IEP meetings to review and update student goals.

Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student progress.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Active CCC or eligibility as Clinical Fellow (CF).
  • Massachusetts and DESE licensure required.
  • Experience in a school setting preferred.
