Job Title: School Psychologist

Location:Farrell, PA

Employment Type: Contract, Full-time

Caseload Details:

  • Start Date: August 13th
  • End Date: End of School Year, with possible renewal for 2025-2026 school year.
  • Days per week: 5
  • Hours per week: DTB - current contract is for 30hours
  • Age group: PK - 12
  • Disabilities on Caseload: Specific Learning Disability, Intellectual Disability, Autism, OHI, etc
  • Number of students on caseload: Roughly 250 - However not all of those will need evaluations this year. I believe the current number for ReEvals this year is about 75, but that does not include incoming Kindergarten and preschool students or transfers

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify students' needs and develop intervention plans.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to support student success.
  • Provide counseling and guidance to students facing emotional or behavioral challenges.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the special education process.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in School Psychology or related field.
  • State licensure (PA) as a School Psychologist.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
