This role is pivotal to our operations, with the primary focus being on managing and ensuring compliance with multi-state payroll tax requirements, utilizing systems such as LCP Tracker, and Paycom for payroll processing and reporting. This is a contract to permanent employment opportunity where you will be working closely with the payroll team to meet project deadlines and deliver results.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with multi-state payroll tax requirements
• Utilize systems like LCP Tracker and Paycom for efficient payroll processing and reporting
• Regularly run, analyze, and validate payroll reports to ensure data accuracy and address verification
• Support ongoing payroll functions and proactively assist with resolving discrepancies
• Collaborate effectively with the payroll team to meet project deadlines and deliver results
• Use accounting software systems like Ceridian, Dayforce, and About Time
• Perform accounting functions and auditing as needed
• Administer 401k - RRSP and other benefit functions
• Continuously adapt to new systems and processes in a fast-paced environment.• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is a must.
• Prior experience with Ceridian and Dayforce is required.
• Should be knowledgeable in 401k - RRSP Administration.
• Familiarity with About Time software is preferred.
• Must have strong understanding of Accounting Functions.
• Auditing skills are crucial.
• Should be able to handle Benefit Functions effectively.
• Experience with Paycom software is an added advantage.
