Food Service Director Qualifications

  • Must have 3–5 years experience as the Food Service Director in higher education or in a hospital setting
  • Prior experience with multi-unit operations and catering is required

Food Service Responsibilities

  • Coach, Council and mentor the team associates for development, performance and individual growth.
  • Work with the District Manager on building client relationship while striving to exceed the client's needs
  • Following the business plan and budget to achieve the financial goals of the operation
  • Identify opportunities to generate additional revenue
  • Work to establish a cohesive environment where special events are scheduled properly and can run in conjunction with everyday business.
