Position Overview:
Procare Therapy is seeking dedicated Paraprofessionals to join our team in Norco, California. We have immediate full-time openings for four paraprofessionals to support students in various grade levels: one for K-2nd, one for 3-5th, and two for 6-8th grades. This position will start as soon as possible and continue through the end of the school year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers in implementing instructional activities and supporting student learning.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, tailored to their individual needs.
• Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Monitor and document student progress and behavior, providing feedback to teachers.
• Support students with daily activities, including transitions and social interactions.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure effective service delivery.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in education or a related field preferred.
• Experience working with children in a school setting is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Willingness to drive to the Itasca location for onsite support.
