Job Summary:

Join our dynamic warehouse team as an Order Picker / Forklift Driver In this role, you'll be essential in managing stock, loading and unloading shipments, and ensuring the smooth flow of products within our facility. You’ll work in a collaborative and safety-focused environment, operating various types of forklifts and electric pallet jacks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate stand-up, sit-down, or clamp forklifts and electric pallet jacks to move, stock, stage, and load/unload products (80% of your shift).
  • Prepare products for shipment and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with physical inventories.
  • Follow OSHA and MSDS standards and perform daily equipment inspections.
  • Verify load accuracy, including checking load count, stability, and product condition; report any discrepancies.
  • Keep the warehouse and equipment clean and orderly.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Forklift operator certification or completion of a forklift training program (on-the-job training available).
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Six months of warehouse experience preferred; experience as an Order Picker is a plus.
  • Six months of forklift operation experience preferred; experience with electric pallet jacks is beneficial.
  • RF Device experience is preferred.
  • Must pass E-Verify screening to confirm eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to lift products weighing up to 50/60 pounds and steel-toed footwear required.
Shift and Pay:
  • 1st shift – 8am - 430pm
  • Monday - Friday
  • $20.00 / hour
