Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - New Castle, Delaware

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in the New Castle area of Delaware. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students in K-12th grade. Previous school experience is preferred, and the position is available immediately. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing assessment, consultation, and behavior analytic services to students with diverse needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans for students
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized behavior support plans
  • Provide direct and indirect supervision to behavior technicians and support staff
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make data-based decisions
  • Collaborate with school staff to develop and implement evidence-based interventions and strategies
  • Conduct staff training and professional development workshops related to behavior analysis

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred
  • Knowledge of special education laws and regulations
  • Excellent munication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Employment Details:

  • Location: New Castle, Delaware
  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Caseload: Multiple caseloads open within the district (K-12th grade)
  • pensation: W2 contracted position with guaranteed hours
