Responsibilities:

• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Maintain the general ledger and make necessary journal entries.

• Carry out month-end close procedures.

• Utilize Sage 100 software for various accounting tasks.

• Perform account reconciliation and balance sheet account reconciliation.

• Must have a Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting

• Will ideally have 1+ years experience in accounting

• A strong understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary.

• Must possess the ability to perform Bank Reconciliations.

• Needs to be well-versed in maintaining and updating the General Ledger.

• The role requires the knowledge to prepare and record Journal Entries.

• Must be capable of conducting Month End Close procedures.

• Familiarity with Sage 100 accounting software is preferred

• Account Reconciliation skills are required.

• The candidate should be proficient in Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation.
