Job Description: Soliant Education is seeking a passionate and qualified Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time position in Richardson, TX. As a PT, you will play a vital role in helping students achieve optimal physical functioning within the educational environment. This position offers an opportunity to collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' motor development and participation in school activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students' motor skills and physical limitations.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessment findings.
  • Provide direct physical therapy services to students in individual or group settings.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with school staff, including teachers and administrators, to integrate therapy goals into students' educational plans.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree (or equivalent) in Physical Therapy.
  • Valid Texas state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT).
  • Experience working with school-aged children preferred.
  • Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
