Legal Biller

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a law firm based in Bensalem, PA. We are in search of a legal biller to work temporary part time hours. 

Position: Legal Biller (Part-Time)

Location: Bensalem, PA

Hours: 15-20 hours per month, with potential for more based on account needs

Compensation: $20-$25 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Manage billing and invoicing using Clio software.
- Oversee collections and follow up on outstanding accounts.
- Communicate effectively with clients to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports as required.
- Collaborate with attorneys and other staff to ensure billing accuracy.
- Provide support for larger accounts, with a focus on maximizing revenue.
- Ensure compliance with legal billing policies and procedures.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a legal biller or similar role.
- Proficiency in Clio or similar legal billing software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of legal and accounting principles related to billing.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying workloads and assignments.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
