Job Overview:
We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Staff Pharmacist to join our team in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting. This is a full-time temp-to-perm opportunity that allows you to showcase your expertise in product verification and cycle fills, with the potential to secure a permanent position after 13+ weeks. If youre passionate about improving patient care in a supportive environment, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Verification: Ensure the accuracy of prescriptions, confirming proper dispensing and dosage.
- Cycle Fills: Process and fill prescriptions for patients on a regular schedule (approx. 100 items per day).
Systems Used:
- QS1 Prime Rx
- Doctrack
Qualifications:
- Required: Active New York State Pharmacist License in good standing
- Experience: Recent experience as a pharmacist, specifically in Retail and/or Long-Term Care settings
- Bonus: Familiarity with QS1 Prime Rx and Doctrack systems is advantageous but not mandatory
