We are looking for someone with a strong background in vendor management, in a regulated industry, to help drive efficiency and cost savings across our organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle vendor administration, from onboarding to ongoing oversight, ensuring strong vendor relationships and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate vendor setup and maximize vendor utilization across various teams.
  • Oversee our primary office supply vendor across multiple branches and back-office departments, focusing on cost-effective solutions and process improvement.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends and optimize vendor management practices, contributing to strategic decision-making and process enhancements.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including managing vendor documentation compliance and certificates of insurance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in full-cycle vendor management, ideally within a highly regulated environment (banking or financial services preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making and process improvement initiatives.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work comfortably within a regulated, audit-compliant environment.
