Role Overview:ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicatedParaprofessional to join our team, working with a partnered school district in the Noblesville, IN areaThis is your chance to support students with special needs and play a vital role in their educational success.

What Youll Do:

• Implement effective behavior management strategies to help students build positive social skills and appropriate behaviors.
• Track student progress, collaborating closely with teachers and the educational team.
• Provide individualized and small group support to enhance students' learning experiences and growth.

What Were Looking For:

• High School Diploma required; Associates degree or higher preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a school setting is preferred
• Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
