Location: Syracuse, NY
Duration: Permanent or Contract
Schedule: 3-4 Days/Week (Variable schedule, evenings required)
Hours: Typically 4x10 or 4x12 shifts (8:00 AM 8:00 PM)

We are looking for a Pharmacist to join our team in Syracuse, NY as a Floater. This position offers the flexibility to work in multiple locations across the area, with a rotating schedule. The ideal candidate must hold their Immunization License and be fortable giving all vaccines. Whether youre looking for a permanent or contract role, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference in patient care

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register with the state board of pharmacy as supervising pharmacist or pharmacist in charge.
  • Oversee all pharmacy operations, including budgeting, payroll, inventory management, scheduling, and pliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Help grow the pharmacys business by engaging in munity outreach and development activities.
  • Manage pharmacy support staff, including performance reviews and training on regulatory policies.
  • Ensure that all pharmacy associates plete their required training and remain in pliance with all standards.
  • Provide essential patient services including immunizations, MTM, and wellness programs.
  • Offer expert counseling on medication usage, side effects, interactions, and therapy optimization to patients and healthcare providers.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and pliant workspace in accordance with pany and legal requirements.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement programs to promote patient safety.
  • plete required continuing education programs as per state law.

Ideal Candidate:

  • License: Valid New York Pharmacist License (required).
  • Certification: Immunization Certification (required).
  • Experience: fortable administering all vaccines (required).
  • Hourly Pay: $60/hr - $65/hr, depending on experience.
