Location: Woodsville, New Hampshire
Employment Type: Full-Time (37.5 hours/week)
Pay: $18-$23 per hour

About the Role
Were seeking dedicated High School Paraprofessionals in Woodsville, New Hampshire, who are passionate about making a positive impact in students' lives. Youll play a key role in supporting students educational and personal growth within an inclusive high school setting. Your specific caseload will be discussed during the interview to ensure the best match for you and the students youll be working with.

Your Responsibilities

  • Student Support: Provide one-on-one and small group assistance, helping students stay engaged and succeed academically.
  • Classroom Collaboration: Work alongside teachers to create a welcoming, structured environment where every student can learn and thrive.
  • Individualized Attention: Adapt your approach to meet the unique needs of each student, encouraging them to build confidence and reach their goals.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience working with children is required, especially in an educational or supportive role.
  • Skills: Strong communication, patience, and a genuine interest in working with high school students.

Compensation & Growth

  • Pay rate of $18-$23 per hour
