Tax Senior / Supervisor

Are you a tax professional with 3-5+ years of experience looking for the next step in your career? Our growing public accounting firm is seeking a Tax Senior / Supervisor to join our established and highly collaborative Tax practice. Whether you’re ready to step into a supervisory role or have already developed your expertise as a Senior, we want to hear from you

In this position, you’ll work closely with a talented team of professionals in-office, advising clients, and sharpening your technical skills while advancing your career. If you’re intellectually curious, enjoy tackling technical tax challenges, and value being part of a team making a difference, this opportunity is for you.


What We Offer:

Competitive Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns at federal, state, and local levels.
  • Collaborate directly with clients, offering guidance and strategic advice on taxation issues.
  • Participate in client meetings alongside the Tax Manager, growing into a trusted advisor role.
  • Take on increasingly complex responsibilities and earn greater reliance on your expertise.


Qualifications:

  • Active CPA license or CPA candidate status.
  • Currently serving as a tax professional in a CPA firm.
  • Solid understanding of tax research techniques and knowledge of tax codes.
  • High business acumen with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

Preferred Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong relationship management and client service abilities.
