Government entity has an immediate opening for a skilled eDiscovery Paralegal This eDiscovery Paralegal will join the legal team, supporting multiple attorneys in the civil litigation division with eDiscovery functions. As a Paralegal with this organization, you'll be responsible for document and video review, analysis, redaction, privilege logging, and other functions. This role is 100% remote, candidates must be local to the Bay Area or based in California. The ideal candidate will have 3-10+ years of California-based civil litigation experience, including experience with eDiscovery.
Responsibilities:
- Uploading documents and videos to various software platforms
- Document and video review
- Document redaction
- Developing privilege logs
- Document production
- Projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- 3-10+ years of California-based civil litigation experience
- Must have experience with eDiscovery
- Experience using eDiscovery software such as Relativity or Concordance, etc.
- Ability to work remotely
- Strong attention to detail
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must reside in California
