Caseload Details:
SPED - South St. Paul - Full Time - 24'/25'SPED
SSP is seeking a SPED for a HS resource room

37.5 hours per week
M-F: 7:00 a.m. 3:00 p.m.

The primary duties include providing individualized support and resources to students struggling who have diverse learning needs. You will collaborate with classroom teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement effective strategies that promote academic and social-emotional growth for students with disabilities. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of special education principles, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Requires Valid Minnesota teaching license in a Special Education field with either ASD, DD, or DCD licensure
Pay & Benefits:
Around $40hourly pay (give or take depending upon experience)
Weekly direct deposit.
W2 employment with ProCare Therapy.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
Provide direct instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs.
Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to create inclusive learning environments.
Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance and behavior.
Qualifications:
State certification in Special Education.
Experience working with students with diverse learning needs.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Interview Process:
(10-15) minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
(20-30) minute virtual interview directly with the school
Offer is typically within 24 hours of the virtual interview.
