Lab Accessioner

Description: Our client is one of the largest diagnostic lab in the United States. The groups we serve include managed care organizations, biopharmaceutical companies, governmental agencies, physicians and other healthcare providers, hospitals and health systems, employers, patients and consumers, contract research organizations, and independent clinical laboratories. They are currently in need of a Lab Accessioner

• Assist Lab Technicians by preparing various samples for testing
• Must be comfortable working with human specimen
• Pack and ship specimens to proper testing facilities when required
• Properly prepare and store excess specimen samples
• Resolve and document any problem specimens
• Data entry of patient information into the computer system for tracking purposes
