Commercial Litigation Paralegal/Legal Adminstrative Assistant
Our client is seeking an experienced paralega/legal admin with 3+ years of experience. They are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their team today This position will involve working on a variety of matters including commercial litigation, construction and traffic matter's. Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office, calendaring, e-filing, court rules, and file management. The successful candidate must be detail-oriented and organized. Duties will include complex filing, document retrieval, and maintenance of attorneys’ calendars, docketing, formatting legal documents and drafting correspondence. A strong work ethic is essential. • Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Paralegal or in a related role• Proficient in using Aderant software
• Experience with Case Management Software
• Familiarity with briefing procedures and protocols
• Strong skills in Calendar Management
• Experience in Claim Administration
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in Commercial Litigation
• Knowledge of Construction Law and Construction Litigation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Candidate must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field is preferred.
