Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented IT Manager to join our team in Dobbs Ferry, New York. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full systems project management life cycle, leading compliance initiatives, and managing IT-related projects.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the full systems project management life cycle for all application areas

• Lead and manage HIPAA compliance initiatives for all clinical applications

• Design, test, and implement interface programs while developing security procedures and regulating usage

• Conduct planning and cost analysis for large-scale IT projects

• Manage IT participation on project teams for applications acquisition and implementation

• Oversee and manage Help Desk activity, review reports on call volume and issues for staff members, and make recommendations for user support

• Ensure that user documentation for all applications is current and that all users have adequate access to documentation

• Manage the use of departmental applications ensuring that all software is operating with the most current release

• Oversee the installation and configuration of departmental applications including ongoing upgrades and fixes

• Maintain compliance with disaster recovery procedures

• Manage and maintain the enterprise's application portfolio

• Undertake any other functions as directed by the CIO

• Familiarity with Dell Technologies and their application in a business setting.
• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems and their functionality.
• Proficiency in Active Directory, including management and troubleshooting.
• Experience in Auditing IT systems, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Familiarity with Backup Technologies and their use in data protection.
• Knowledge of Computer Hardware and its application in a business setting.
• Experience in Configuration Management, ensuring system consistency and integrity.
