Position: Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant
Schedule: Full Time (35 hours per week)
Pay: Starting at $32/hour (negotiable based on experience)

Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to support our occupational therapy team in providing services to young children in early intervention programs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a strong commitment to fostering their development and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans for early intervention students.
• Provide direct therapy services to children, focusing on improving daily living skills, sensory processing, and motor skills.
• Document patient progress and report to supervising occupational therapists.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development.

Qualifications:

• Current certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) in the state of Pennsylvania
• Experience in pediatric or early intervention settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
