Process Technician

The Mold Technician will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the molding process, including verifying production schedules, maintaining process parameters, and completing mold changes in a timely manner.
Responsibilities- Check with previous shift to verify production schedule and current process parameters.
- Check production schedule for mold and/or material changes.
- Responsible for checking and correcting current process parameters to master monitor, and record.
- Responsible for timely completion of mold changes.
- Verify and maintain job cycle times.
- Verification and control of scrap and downtime.
- Follow up on tooling and maintenance work orders.
- Previous injection mold experience (1+ year)
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with hand/power tools
- Own their own hand/power tools
- Ability to read blue prints
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with work booked out until 2027. The company is a Tier 1 supplier, offering job stability and long-term career opportunities.
Work EnvironmentThis is a very clean, climate-controlled environment. Monday through Friday with overtime and weekends as necessary. Training will be on the day shift for a minimum of 4 weeks. Employees currently work 5-10 hours of overtime a week.
