We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in the industry of accounting, located near Islip, New York, United States. The role of a Full Charge Bookkeeper involves managing all aspects of the financial transactions of our organization, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.


Responsibilities:


• Overseeing and managing accounting functions of the organization.


• Utilizing Accounting Software Systems and Microsoft Excel for financial transactions and analysis.


• Processing and maintaining records of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.


• Conducting cash flow analysis to ensure financial stability of the organization.


• Preparing and managing annual budgets.


• Utilizing PC Law software for financial management and transactions.


• Conducting regular billing processes, and ensuring accuracy of the general ledger.


• Making journal entries as per business transactions and requirements.


• Operating and managing Computerized Accounting System for efficient financial operations.

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential for managing financial records accurately.

• Familiarity with Computerized Accounting Systems is required to streamline the financial process.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is expected to manage and analyze financial data effectively.

• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions is vital for maintaining financial records.

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary to manage outgoing payments.

• Expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR) is required to manage incoming payments effectively.

• Ability to prepare and manage an Annual Budget is a key responsibility for this role.

• Proficiency in Cash Flow Analysis is needed to monitor and optimize the company's financial health.

• Experience with PC Law is required for managing legal accounting tasks efficiently.
