Position: Occupational Therapist (OT)
Location: Woburn, MA
School Year: 2024-2025
Hours: Full-Time, 32.5 hours per week
Duration: Full Year

About the Role:

Are you a committed Occupational Therapist looking to make a difference in Woburn, MA? We have a full-time position available for the 2024-2025 school year. This role involves working with K-12 students in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Your Impact:

Role: Full-time, Monday to Friday.
Setting: Onsite, serving students from K-12.
Caseload: Manage a diverse caseload within a supportive school setting.
Focus: Provide both direct and indirect therapy services to enhance students' functional skills.

What You'll Do:

  • Assess and Plan: Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized therapy plans.
  • Intervene and Support: Deliver direct therapy and collaborate on indirect services.
  • Collaborate: Work with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student development.
  • Monitor and Adjust: Track and adjust therapy plans based on student progress.
  • Engage: Offer engaging and effective therapy tailored to student needs.

What Were Looking For:

  • Licensure: Active Occupational Therapist (OTR) certification.
  • Experience: Prefer candidates with prior school-based experience and openness to K-12 students.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Commitment: Passionate about improving functional skills for students.
