Position: Warehouse Selector - Full-time, Shift-Based
Compensation: $19-$21 per hour 

We are seeking motivated and hardworking individuals to join our warehouse team as Warehouse Selectors. This role is physically demanding and plays a crucial part in maintaining the efficient operation of our facility. If you’re reliable, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are comfortable working in varying temperature zones, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:

• Physically select and stack products onto carts or pallets using a voice-picking system.
• Strip trailers and load/unload products from trailers.
• Restock and locate products in the warehouse.
• Operate material handling equipment (MHE) to store pallet loads.
• Wrap and label products for shipping and properly stage products in designated areas.
• Work in multi-temperature zones, including freezer, cooler, and dry storage.
• Assist in keeping work areas clean and organized.
• Efficiently use downtime to maintain productivity.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Manager or Supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work 10-hour shifts, including weekends and any day of the week.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, physically demanding role.
• Willingness to work in various temperature zones (freezer, cooler, dry storage).
• Ability to safely handle warehouse equipment (MHE).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
