Maintenance Technician

This position is responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and relocating complex CNC and manual manufacturing equipment. The role involves troubleshooting equipment issues, performing preventative maintenance activities, maintaining the technical library and spare parts inventory, calibrating and adjusting machine tools and equipment, modifying machines for specialized functions, and performing minor building maintenance functions.
Responsibilities- Install, maintain, repair, and relocate complex CNC and manual manufacturing equipment and machine tools for the facility, referring to manuals, schematics, blueprints, and other relevant documentation.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic, making all necessary corrections and returning the equipment to optimum condition in a cost-effective and timely manner.
- Develop and maintain preventative maintenance (PM) schedules and perform PM activities on equipment.
- Maintain the technical library and spare parts inventory, including data entry into ERP and procuring supplies.
- Calibrate and adjust machine tools and equipment.
- Modify machines and building for specialized functions.
- Perform minor building maintenance functions, including plumbing and electrical.
- Properly respond to spills and other incidents.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment, adhering to 5S principles.

- A related technical certificate/diploma and two years relevant experience, OR, six years relevant experience.
- Intermediate ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Experience with electrical circuits and testing equipment.
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Enjoy paid holidays, including personal holidays that can be used as vacation days or sick days. Vacation time is accrued every three weeks and can roll over up to a maximum of six weeks. The work schedule is flexible, allowing for early departures and make-up days. Additionally, employees receive overtime pay after 8 hours of work per shift.
Work EnvironmentHighly regulated medical device company with an air-conditioned building, good lighting, and a very clean, organized environment. The company has around 70-90 employees.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $75000.00
25% shift differential
OT after 8hrs each day
Company matches 100% of the first 5% of income that eligible employees choose to defer.
You will receive 2 Personal Holidays loaded into your balance with the first paycheck.
3 weeks of PTO
This is a fully onsite position in Rogers,MN.
