Are you a dedicated pharmacist with a passion for oncology and patient care? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team and make a significant impact on patients lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Medication Management: Initiate, modify, and discontinue medications within a Collaborative Practice Agreement.
  • Patient Care: Focus on managing plex disease states to help patients achieve optimal therapeutic goals.
  • Education & Simplification: Simplify patient medication regimens, minimize harmful interactions, and educate patients to enhance adherence and clinical outes.
  • Leadership & Development: Contribute to policy development, continuous process improvement, continuing education, and clinical and medical staff development. Precept Pharmacy APPE students and residents.
  • Clinical Duties: Perform patient care assessments, order and interpret laboratory tests, prescribe, modify, and discontinue medication therapies. Monitor clinical outes, municate with medical providers, perform electronic documentation, and refer patients to other healthcare providers.
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday, day shifts
Ideal Candidate:
  • Qualifications: PharmD with PGYI + PGYII or 4+ years of current ambulatory care oncology experience.
  • Certification: BCOP preferred.
  • Licensing: Ability to obtain a CA pharmacy license.
pensation:
  • Hourly Rate: $97 - $110/hr (negotiable)
  • Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
