Robert Half is recruiting for a Controller for an industry leading company. The successful candidate will play a key part in financial management, ensuring the effective and efficient execution of accounting, control, audit, and administrative duties. This position also involves the preparation of forecasts, project budgets, division budgets, and the management of financial and administrative staff.


Responsibilities:


• Provide financial management expertise to the operating division and corporate financial organization.

• Oversee the accuracy and efficiency of accounting, control, audit, and administrative tasks.

• Develop, analyze, and report financial information to management.

• Prepare timely and accurate forecasts, project budgets, and division budgets.

• Manage, motivate and develop the Financial and Administrative staff.

• Ensure adherence to corporate financial policies and procedures.

• Ensure the accurate and timely submission of all corporate and operational reports.

• Assist in the management of information system issues and concerns.

• Provide financial assistance to all functional areas as needed.

• Ensure the accuracy of financial reports for assigned entities and subsidiaries.

• Execute other duties as assigned.

• Experience in preparing financial reports and statements.

• Proven ability to manage budgets and financial forecasting.
