Job Description:
Soliant is seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional to join our team in Oxnard, CA. The ideal candidate will provide support to teachers and students in a school setting, helping to create a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in classroom management and instructional activities.
  • Support students with special needs or those requiring additional help.
  • Prepare educational materials and resources.
  • Supervise students during classroom activities, lunch, and recess.
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree or higher preferred.
  • Experience working with children or in an educational setting.
  • Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
