We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our crew as Asset Recovery Agents. This position offers competitive compensation, paid time off, health benefits, career advancement opportunities, and paid on-the-job training. This position is commission-only and provides an average annual income of approximately $70,000 - $100,000.

What You'll Do:
Asset Recovery Agents are responsible for locating and recovering vehicles for our clients in a timely and efficient manner, safely transporting vehicles, securing personal property, and documenting the condition of vehicles recovered. Asset Recovery Agents are also tasked with maintaining positive interactions with clients at all levels. Your leadership skills will play a pivotal role in shaping our company operations. Demonstrate your leadership skills by working as a team with other drivers and spotters, making independent repossession decisions, mastering technical skills, acting as a mentor to new drivers, and positioning yourself for future career growth by identifying workflow, process, and efficiency improvements. Strong leaders with exceptional technical ability can transition into roles such as Driver Team Lead, Assistant Division Manager, or Division Manager or move into leadership at other locations as our company expands.

Requirements:

What You'll Need:

  • Must be at least 23 years old for insurance qualification
  • Military Background not required, but HIGHLY encouraged. Veterans/disabled veterans are encouraged to apply, and preferred hiring status is awarded to veteran applicants.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report background check
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • CARS certification (Certified Asset Recovery Specialist) a plus
