Job Type: Full-Time, 24/25school yearwith potentialrenewal

Salary Range: $21 - 24per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with classroom teachers to create an inclusive learning environment
  • Assist students with classroom activities and assignments
  • Provide one-on-one support to students with special needs
  • Contribute to classroom management and behavior support strategies
  • Foster a positive and engaging classroom atmosphere

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in educational settings is HIGHLY valued when in consideration for a position
  • Have recentlyobtained or be willing and able to obtain Pennsylvania Clearances for working in schools including the ACT 114, ACT 126, ACT 151 and ACT 168 clearances
  • Passion for working with students and helping them succeed
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
