Job DescriptionJob DescriptionRobert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a freelance Creative Director for one of our clients in Charlotte, NC
This position is 100% remote.
Responsibilities:
- Concept Development: Create and lead the development of compelling visual concepts and design strategies that align with the client’s vision and brand identity.
- Project Management: Oversee end-to-end execution of creative projects, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with copywriters, graphic designers, marketers, and external vendors to bring ideas to life.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative outputs are cohesive and reflect the brand’s tone, style, and objectives.
- Client Communication: Present ideas, pitches, and project updates to clients, addressing feedback and refining designs as needed.
- Market Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to drive innovative solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Review and approve final designs, ensuring a high standard of quality across all deliverables.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in creative roles, including leadership or director-level positions.
- Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative projects, including branding, digital campaigns, and multimedia.
- Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello), and other relevant design software.
- Communication: Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts clearly.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working on diverse projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced freelance environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Freelance Experience: Prior experience managing projects independently or on a freelance basis is a plus.
