Soliant Health is seeking an experienced Inpatient Pharmacist for a 13 week travel contract.In this role, you will provide critical pharmaceutical care in a large hospital setting, contributing to the well-being of a diverse patient population.

Position:Inpatient Pharmacist
Location: San Francisco, CA
Schedule: Variable days/afternoons, 8-hour shifts
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing (Full-time or close to full-time coverage needed for at least the next 3-4 months)
Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense and manage medications.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.
• Utilize EPIC and Pyxis systems for efficient medication management.
• Adhere to hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide medication therapy management and patient education.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience:1+ years of current hospital experience
• Licensure: Active pharmacist license in California.
• Skills: Proficient with EPIC and Pyxis systems.
• Availability: Ability to work variable days and afternoons in 8-hour shifts.
