Required Background/Skills:
- Attention to detail
- Strong drive and work ethic
- Ability to work as a team in a shop environment
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in operating manual lathes, milling machine
- Experience balancing rotating assemblies, fans, impellor assemblies, etc.
- Ability to use precision tools to within .0005”
- Ability to learn new skills
- Comfortable with parts diagrams and dimensional drawings
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record

Nice to Haves:
- Welding and brazing experience
- Prior electric motor service center experience
