Schedule: 40 Hours/Week; Monday-Thursday + Half-Day Friday once per month
Start Date: Immediate
End Date: May 23rd, 2025
Caseload: K-6th Grade, 10 Students Split Between 2 Buildings
Location: Onsite at School Campus
Requirements: Active State Licensure

What Youll Be Doing:- Develop and Implement IEPs: Create tailored Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and implement them effectively to address students academic and developmental needs.
- IEP Meetings: Facilitate IEP meetings with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure students' needs are met.
- Instruction & Intervention: Provide direct support and deliver specialized instruction to students in both academic and behavioral domains.
- Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure students have access to the most effective resources and support.
- Crisis Intervention: Act swiftly to support students during critical moments, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.
- Ongoing Professional Development: Collaborate and share your expertise with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and improve student outcomes.
- Competitive Salary: Earn between $45,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience.

- Education: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Special Education.
- Licensure: Active state certification as a Special Education Teacher.
- Experience: Experience with IEP development, implementation, and collaboration. Experience in elementary education is a plus.
