We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk to assist with invoicing and payroll activities in the Services industry, located in OWINGS MILLS, Maryland. In this role, you will be expected to handle a variety of tasks related to the accounting process.


Responsibilities:

• Handle Data Entry procedures and record keeping tasks

• Support the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, excluding reconciliation

• Assist with Payroll data collection and submission to state for Medicaid payment processing

• Utilize internal program and Paylocity for various tasks

• Conduct high-volume data entry tasks in an efficient and accurate manner

• Manage Invoice processing and ensure the correct coding of invoices

• Utilize software such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various accounting functions

• Maintain accounting entries and close processes, ensuring adherence to standard accounting procedures.

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
• Competency in Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Ability to handle Billing tasks
• Strong skills in Data Entry
• Experience in Invoice Processing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with Oracle
• Experience with QuickBooks
• Knowledge of SAP
• Proficiency in Computer Data Entry
• Ability to handle Data Entry - Numeric
• Experience in High-Volume Data Entry
• Ability to Perform Data Entry
• Experience with Quickbooks Premier
• Proficiency in Quickbooks Online
• Knowledge of QuickBooks Enterprise
• Experience in handling Payable Invoices
• Proficiency in Coding Invoices
• Understanding of Accounting procedures
• Experience in Accounting close process
• Ability to handle Accounting Entries
• Familiarity with the Accounting cycle
• Proficiency in Accounting Functions
• Experience in handling Approved Invoices
• Ability to Enter Invoices
• Experience in Enter Vendor Invoices
• Proficiency in handling Invoice
• Experience in Invoice Entry
