Job Title: HR Sourcer (Contract)

We are currently seeking a Contract HR Sourcer to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for searching, contacting, and introducing qualified candidates for positions, frequent collaboration with hiring managers, and handling the pipeline of potential candidates.

Responsibilities:

  1. Implement various sourcing strategies to attract top-notch candidates.
  2. Identify potential candidates through online platforms, job sites, social media channels, and resume databases.
  3. Conduct initial assessments of candidate skills, interests, and overall fit.
  4. Collaborate with the HR department to understand the requirements for each position.
  5. Maintain candidate databases, document interactions promptly, and maintain accurate reporting.
  6. Attend recruitment events to introduce our company to potential hires.



Key Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience in Recruitment or HR, particularly in sourcing.
  2. Proficiency with recruitment software and social media platforms.
  3. Excellent skills in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.
  4. Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
  5. Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
