We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape the financial direction of our company. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, able to develop and implement financial plans, and has a deep understanding of financial forecasting and capital expenditure (CAPEX) planning. Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred as you will be working closely with our international team.

Responsibilities:

As our Director of FP&A, you will play a critical role in providing strategic financial insights to support our company's growth. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Leading the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, including Profit & Loss and cash flow.
2. Developing and overseeing CAPEX planning and justification, integrating forecasts into overall financial plans.
3. Providing strategic financial insights and recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
4. Collaborating with senior management to understand company operations and recommend financial strategies.
5. Overseeing financial analysis projects and providing insightful recommendations.
6. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
7. Communicating effectively with stakeholders, both internal and external, including presenting financial reports and analyses in Mandarin when required.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. An MBA or relevant certification (such as CFA, CPA) is highly preferred.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on financial forecasting and CAPEX planning.
3. Proficiency in Mandarin, both written and spoken, is highly preferred.
4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
6. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present financial information in a clear and concise manner.
7. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
8. Knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
9. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
