Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWhat You Will Get to Do:
  • Program manager to manage the assigned HS programs which includes the following high-level activities.
  • Develop and manage project plan including change management activities, training, adherence to timeline/project scope/capital budget, and communication practices with internal and external stakeholders to ensure awareness/alignment.
  • Create project updates/dashboards and present regular updates to a Steering Committee, Plant Leadership and MDLZ.
  • Ensure a successful execution of the program improvements and investments in health and safety.
  • Managing a budget and development of proposals/RFPs/Business cases for funding including all the process associated with a budget from procurement, vendor management, financing etc. 
  • Source, launch, and supervise external contractors/suppliers to engage in program support (i.e. risk assessments, LOTO, machine guarding) and execution. 
  • Lead, coach and develop direct reports (H&S Specialist) including providing regular feedback/coaching and conducting formal evaluations, to ensure having the right resource skills, competencies, and expertise to meet department and agreed-upon business objectives of the company.
  • Act as a resource for HSE input during change management including engineering projects to ensure implementation of HSE best practices.

  • Salary: $125,000 - $135,000 USD.

Pay Details: $125,000.00 to $135,000.00 per year
